my arm
omg i just broke my arm i fell down the stairs well heres the story i was getting ready to go to the beach for a suprise party for my grandmom and i just got my ds fixed so i was really happy!as i was going down the stairs to get some thing to eat i triped down the stairs ans hit my arm on the dogs toy box witch fyi is kinda medel any way i hit it on the medel part and disconeced my groth plate so i got it casted its purple so im laying on the couch ith my arm on a pillow so as u can see it hurts a lot

hey i m a cheerleaer i cheer for svh i im on the top they call that flying even tho you really not its really fun i love tumbling i almost have my standing back tuck its so fun learning new thing and doing runtians and i do one al by my self to you would think i have trouble remembering both with out getting them mixed up but a lot i get ingurd but thats why you should always streach be for doing any toumbling or stunting stunting is when you hold people in the air their are usaly 4 spots you have to remember spot 1.the fryer.the fryer stands between to people called bases and they go up on top spot 2.bases.bases are the people who hold the flyer up in the air and theirs usaly 2 spot 3.the back.the back is the person who holds the ankles and buttt so if the flyer falls back they will have support and they helps them stay stearty spot 4.the frount.the frount holds the ankles and the knees if the flying falls frount they have suppot and they need to be stearty those are al the spots! got to go to cheer bye
